An exciting opportunity has arisen for 3rd Shift Associate System Technician position. <\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Prepare for the production process. Participate in continuous operational improvement.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Work with coworkers and supervisor to effectively troubleshoot equipment and process issues.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Understands the theory and concepts behind cell sorting technology and processes.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Anticipates potential problems and takes preventative action.\u00a0\u00a0Requires judgment to know when it is necessary to consult with supervisor and\/or support groups.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Understands how own actions impact others and uses this information in decision-making.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Review documentation and check all calculations (e.g. tickets, labels, equipment reading).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Trouble shoot equipment and process problems.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Comply with safety requirements, SOP and manufacturing documentation.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Use of automation to perform production operations.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Provide support to Manufacturing to meet production demands.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Operate automated systems for equipment operation.\u00a0\u00a0Assemble and prepare equipment for production.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Exhibit\u00a0detail oriented documentation skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Communicate effectively and ability to work in a team environment.\u00a0\u00a0Exhibit professional interpersonal skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The Candidate:<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • High School diploma or equivalent; Post-High School education in a production or laboratory trade program preferred<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience in a laboratory or equivalent production environment highly preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong attention to detail and respect for quality assurance.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Basic math skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Computer experience <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to multi-task <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to work well within team environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Ideally, candidates have experience working in a global role for a company in the agriculture sector.<\/span><\/p>\n
