The position will require up to 50% travel worldwide supporting our laboratories and support of final testing of processing equipment manufactured at our Waunakee, WI site.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specific\u00a0Accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain full mastery of proprietary instrument\/lab processes.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct a variety of RCA process, troubleshooting and documentation in accordance with policies.<\/li>\n<li>Perform final assembly and testing of proprietary instrumentation prior to deployment.<\/li>\n<li>Provide remote and on-site support as required.<\/li>\n<li>Promotes customer satisfaction through problem solving, clear and effective communications, professional appearance, and efficient repair\/maintenance activities.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for special projects assigned by the Manager<\/li>\n<li>Assist with instrument deployments including onsite travel as required.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the Relentless Improvement process.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with new product introduction as required.
